To submit a support request, please complete the form below. Please be as detailed as you can and we will have the correct support engineer contact you as soon as possible.

You may also contact the technical support department via telephone between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time Monday through Friday by calling 303-415-0266 x3. If you reach our Support voice mailbox, please leave a detailed message including your name, Company, phone number and the reason for your call.

If you have been requested to join in a Support session with a technician please click here to request support and follow these instructions:

  1. prompted to Run or Save, select Run.
  2. If prompted with a Security Warning, click Run.
  3. You should now see the arielMIS, Inc. Remote Support Service Window (see screenshot below).
  4. The technician you are speaking with will tell you which option to select. Double click that option to start the Remote Support session
